Anus dry and burning discomfort
I have done fistulectomy with haemorrhoids and sphincter otomy's on 2.5 years before. Now last 3 weeks I have burning and dry sensation or discomfort in anus area without pain or blood. If I apply oil it will get settle but again starts in 3 days same feelings. Also its started with discharge of very less stool spoted in anus area and sweating with bad smell it's cause itching also, please advise it's normal to handle with any ointment or any consulting required?

You can try warm sitz baths multiple times a day for a few days & see if it improves. If not, you need clinical evaluation of the operated site.
