Full Chia Fresca Recipe 👇🏼 

•1.5 cups cold spring water
•2 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice)
•1 tbsp chia seeds
•1.5 tsp agave (adjust to taste)

•Instructions
1.Add the water, lime juice, chia seeds, and agave to a glass. Stir well, breaking up any clumps of chia seeds. Let sit for 10-15 minutes for chia seeds. Chia seeds will plump up.

2.Drink immediately or store in the fridge up to 3 days.

A combination of chia seeds and coconut is perfect for the winters, these ladoos are very nutrient dense. These ladoos have coconut, chia seeds, hemp heart, jaggery, cardamom and saffron, they are rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. They are also great for postpartum recovery. My little one calls these candy ladoos! 🫶 Full recipe below 👇 

Recipe ( Makes 12 ladoos )

1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup water
5 Tbsp jaggery
1 1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tsp cardamom powder
3 Tbsp hemp hearts or ground almonds (optional)
Pinch of saffron
1 Tbsp ghee

Firstly soak the seeds in water for at least 30 minutes. Then add ghee to a pan and roast the coconut, jaggery, cardamom and saffron. Next add soaked chia seeds and hemp hearts. No Soak Chia Seeds, Coconut Chia, Hemp Hearts, Cardamom Powder, Ground Almonds, Grated Coconut, Postpartum Recovery, Nutrient Dense, Ghee
