Pharos solutions include manufacturer and model specific requirements including:
- HP models using Sentry Print require a color touchscreen control panel operating on FutureSmart bundle version 4.11 (or newer) or version 5.x is compatible
- Konica Minolta model support are available on Konica Minolta’s webpage for iMFP and Sentry Print
- Some Ricoh models have additional requirements-please refer to the Notes column for details
