2024

Lyft Urban Solutions' family is growing !

PBSC and Lyft Bikes & Scooters join forces under a new unified brand: Lyft Urban Solutions! Our bike-sharing family continues to grow, with the launch of new systems in Medina, Saudi Arabia, Moinesti, Hunedoara, and Dej, Romania, Austin, USA. We also rolled out major expansions in Aspen, Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, London, Barcelona, La Coruna, Madrid.

2023

New territories and expansions

We deployed our solution in Madrid, Valladolid, Curitiba, and many more. Several expansions have been completed in Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, Aspen, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Kona, Detroit, Guadalajara, Sibiu, San Sebastian as well as many other exciting projects!

2022

Exciting news

Lyft acquired PBSC Urban Solutions. Colombia and Romania joined our portfolio with Bogota, Sibiu among others. Some of our biggest systems around the world have seen expansions, including Montreal, Dubai, London, Toronto, Honolulu, Quebec, São Paulo, Valence. We also implemented our first multimodal solution in Chicago.

2021

Multiple new cities

We implemented our unique and customized solution in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Clermont-Ferrand, France, Quebec City, Canada and Brasilia, the capital of Brazil.

2020

New App, new website, new cities

We expand to the Middle East. First system launched in Dubai, the all-electric CareemBike, then in Spain in San Sebastian. Expansion in Toronto, Montreal and Monaco. We unveiled our new and improved website and app, which better represents us and our values.

2019

Europe and South America

We introduce and launch the E-FIT new pedal-assist electric bike. We launched systems into Barcelona - Spain, Monaco, Buenos Aires - Argentina, Santiago, - Chile. More growth in our systems in Montreal, Toronto, Valence, Detroit, Aspen, Chattanooga, Columbus, and Hilo Hawai.

2018

$5M invested in R&D

Another $5M investment means a total of $10M over the years, towards research and development. At the same time, we launch Valence - France, Nicosia - Northern Cyprus, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo - Brazil, Porto Alegre, and Salvador – Brazil.

2017

North America, Europe and Antilles

We expand into Recife – Brazil, Detroit, Honolulu, Louisville, Tucson – USA, Aruba Even more growth in Montreal, Toronto, and Chicago

2016

New bikes for a new generation

With the introduction of our BOOST e-bike, we rename our beloved ICONIC and FIT to match. We also expand into Kona – USA, and grow our existing systems in Toronto, Chicago, Washington D.C., Aspen, and Minneapolis.
