Each year the City of Pasadena reviews its records in accordance with state law to determine if it is holding property presumed abandoned, and therefore subject to Chapter 76 of the Texas Property Code.

1.    Copy of Valid Drivers’ License; or
2.    Federal Tax ID Number (if applicable); or
3.    Any official form used for identification;
4.    List of all addresses used that may be associated with property being claims, including post office box numbers
