Cycle - Billing area for customer’s location; Cycle 1 – account number begins with a 1, Cycle 2 – account number begins with a 2, Cycle 3 – account number begins with 3 and Cycle 4 – account number begins with a 4.
Date Billed - Date bill is calculated and posted to customer’s account.
Due By Date - Date the current bill is due; grace period is 18 days from date of bill unless the 18th day is a City Holiday, in which case the Due by Date is the next business day.
Disconnect Date - Date service will be turned off for non-payment.
