- Starting salary for basic academy cadet - $73,442.16
- $10,000 hiring incentive/sign-on bonus for police cadets who meet eligibility criteria or increased entry pay for qualified lateral transfers.
- Officer top salary $102,517.83
- Lateral entry candidates starting salary depending on completed years of service, minimum of three years ($82,940.98) maximum of five years ($86,485.67) as recognized by the Chief of Police.
- TCOLE Certificate Pay (Intermediate $100/month, Advanced $200/month, Master $300/Month).
- 15 days vacation per year: Starting - 10th year of service, 20 days: 11th - 20th year of service, 25 days: from 21st - 25th years of service, and 30 days: from the 26th year of service and on.
- 15 days sick leave per year with sick day buy back program
