Neighborhood Network Information Center
Our department focuses to build positive partnerships between neighborhoods, community organizations and the City of Pasadena.
The Neighborhood Network maintains regular contact information with all registered organizations. We request all neighborhoods to annually submit updated information to our office to make sure you are a recognized organization through the City of Pasadena.
Advantages of the Neighborhood Partnership Program:
- Apply for the Matching Grant Program.
- Request City Department speakers to resolve a specific issue through the Neighborhood Network office.
- Start-up support for residents establishing or revitalizing associations.
- Emails sent to neighborhood representatives with valuable information about city events, meetings and programs.
For a Recognized Association, it will be necessary for HOA’s and NA’s to maintain “active” partnership status to receive the benefits of the city.
Active Status
To be active, an association must:
- Have an active board with officers in place;
- Provide a list of all association board officers’ contact information annually and promptly notify our office when there are association leadership changes in personnel or contact information;
- Provide Neighborhood Network with a copy of bylaws
- Provide Neighborhood Network with one association meeting agenda, and a copy of association minutes; has to be current year
- Hold at least one annual meeting where the entire neighborhood is invited and can attend.
