The City of Pasadena makes available for sale to individual or corporate interests certain properties (raw land and land with structures) that are deemed by the City to be surplus assets. These properties are held with clear title and no outstanding tax obligations due.
Such assets are classed as either Available Now or Possible Availability. Properties are purchased through a competitive bidding process conducted by the City, subject to a minimum bid.
