To remove obstructions in sanitary sewer mainlines and service lines within the public right of way. This division is responsible for the maintenance and installation of new mainlines.
General Overview
The Wastewater Collection Division provides construction of failed sanitary sewer mainlines and manholes with new ones. The division also responds to customer complaints on sewer back-ups, riser repairs, grease trap inspections, installation of sewer taps, etc. The City’s wastewater system consists of approximately 400 miles of sanitary sewer mainlines and approximately 6,500 sanitary manholes.
