Mission Statement
To provide for the distribution of safe drinking water in compliance with all regulatory requirements to the residents of City of Pasadena, in the form of maintenance, repair and/or replacement of water mains and service connections.
General Overview
The Water Distribution Division provides planned replacement and repairs of existing water mains, meters, fire hydrants and valves. The division also responds to the customer complaints on water outages, leaks etc. The division maintains approximately 400 miles of water main lines in the City.
