The Data Services Unit is under the direct command of Lieutenant C. Murray and consists of two additional personnel, a police officer and a civilian. The division is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the department's public safety software system. In addition to this, division personnel work on various projects involving crime analysis.
Hours
The division typically operates Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. but provides coverage seven days a week, outside normal business hours on a call-out basis as the need arises.
