The Oracle Customer Excellence Awards celebrate the very best of business innovation, showcasing how organizations around the world—and their leaders—use Oracle technology to reinvent business practices, reimagine the workday, and rev up sales.

Check out this year’s updated categories and program structure and be sure to submit your nomination in time. For each category, Oracle will name winners across four regions: Japan and Asia Pacific, Europe Middle East and Africa, Latin America, and North America.     • Who can enter?

      The Oracle Excellence Awards are open to any organization that uses services under the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure umbrella and/or Oracle Applications and has achieved extraordinary results leveraging our technologies.

    • What are Oracle’s goals for the awards?

      We have two main goals: to celebrate our extraordinary customers, and to showcase their remarkable success stories on Oracle.com.

    • How will winners be recognized?

      Finalists and winners will be recognized on the Oracle Excellence Awards web page and celebrated via various social communications activities. Winners will also be presented with a trophy in recognition of their achievement. Regional winners will be honored at one of four in-person regional Oracle CloudWorld Tour Events (Singapore, London, Mexico City, NYC), and global winners will be recognized during a live, in-person event at Oracle CloudWorld in Las Vegas. Global winners will also receive a complimentary pass to attend the global event (Public sector customers are not eligible for a complimentary pass).

    • How many finalists will be announced in each category?

      We expect a high volume of submissions, so we’ll announce up to five finalists per category, per region.

    • Are the Oracle Excellence Awards global?

      The Oracle Excellence Awards feature both regional and global recognition. There are four regional programs (JAPAC, EMEA, Latin America, North America) with 22 categories each, leading to a global competition where regional winners compete for the global title in their respective categories. Review the program rules (PDF) for any current restrictions.

    • Can I submit an entry on someone else’s behalf?

      Yes. If you know of a person or organization that deserves recognition, please do. Be sure to include their contact details so we can reach out to see if they want to participate.

    • Can I enter more than one category?

      Absolutely. However, each organization may only submit one nomination per category. If nominations are submitted by one organization for additional categories, each nomination must be materially different from any others submitted.

    • What makes a winning entry?

      Our judges are looking to highlight the incredible work our customers have done in recent years to increase their organization’s performance, lower costs, create positive impacts, and improve user experience for both employees and customers. When submitting your nomination, including metrics and measurable results helps significantly to demonstrate the impact Oracle and its solutions have had on the business and its people.

    • What information do I need before starting a nomination?

      You’ll need information about the customer’s mission, the challenges they faced, how they used Oracle solutions to overcome those challenges, and the results they have achieved after implementing the solutions.

    • Can I change my nomination after the nomination period ends?

      Unfortunately, no. All information is final as of the end date of the nomination period, which is listed on the Excellence Awards home page.

    • What are the key differences between the regional and global programs?

      Each regional program includes 22 categories, recognizing up to 88 winners across four regions (JAPAC, EMEA, Latin America, North America). Regional winners advance to the global competition, which features the same 22 categories, and will determine the worldwide winners.

    • Why has the program expanded to include regional competitions?

      The expansion to regional programs allows Oracle to recognize a broader and more diverse set of customers, highlighting innovation, and success stories from different parts of the world. This structure also ensures that regional leaders can compete for a global title, increasing the visibility of their achievements.

    • Where and when will the awards ceremonies take place?

      The awards ceremonies will take place in the following locations:
