I hope you’re having a peaceful and relaxing Sunday, wherever you are.
You know, one of my favorite things about the Oprah Daily site is how engaged all of our Insiders are—all you guys. Over the past couple of years, I’ve watched this community come alive in the comment sections of our weekly Intentions, and our Life You Want Classes, and our stand-alone stories. I’ve watched connections from between all of you, and I’ve seen you get raw and very vulnerable. And, I felt really privileged to get to know some of you.
That’s why we want to give you more. So, we’ve spent the past few months building a place for this community to gather. I remember early on, some of you were saying this is what we needed to do—and we listened. And so now, we have a place where you can unpack your learnings from our latest class, debate the ending of a book club pick, vent, chat, and, most of all, share your joy, and your journeys, and your “aha” moments.
And so, I’m so pleased because today’s the day we launch our new app and digital experience, the Oprah Insider Community, OIC! In it, you’ll find daily prompts to inspire you, live master classes from Oprah Daily staffers, and some breakout areas where you can find your people, your village and discuss the topics that matter most to you. Above all, it’s a place where we can learn from one another. It’s a place of empathy, diversity, open-mindedness, like-mindedness, where we can cheer each other on to live our best lives and be our most authentic selves. That’s what the whole thing is about.
So here it is: my invitation to all of you to join us. I’ve dropped the link below for you to download the app, or, if you prefer, you can use the desktop version.
