If you receive an e-mail or written communication, which appears to have been sent from NBO seeking your personal & confidential information, please do not respond to the email and inform NBO immediately by sending an email to CX@nbo.om
  2. Use strong passwords and change them regularly. For your own security, do not share your passwords.
  3. Always use licensed Anti-Virus software and keep your personal computer up-to-date.
  4. NBO will never send you an email asking you to click on a link to reset / activate your card or account or to update your information. Please update your personal / account information via NBO’s public website:www.nbo.co.om only.
  5. Be aware of any software downloads and installations from untrusted sources, the software can be of a malicious nature and can retrieve personal information from your device.
