Our policies extend worldwide, so you're covered whether you're at home or soaking up the sun on a faraway beach. We also cover up to £300 for any accessories bought from O2 damaged at the same time as your device.
Next-day Exchange/Replacement service
If you damage your phone, you can opt for our fast-fix exchange service to get a replacement the next day*. Or save money by choosing the return option, and you’ll pay a lower excess charge while you wait for your phone to be repaired or replaced (between 3-5 days).
O2 Insure - Ultimate Cover
Kick back and relax with O2 Insure - Ultimate Cover. It comes with unlimited claims, a 3-Year Warranty and the convenience of same-day or next-day replacements – so whatever happens to your phone, you’re never without it for any longer than you need to be.
What does it cost?
O2 Insure - Ultimate Cover costs £9.50 as part of an Ultimate Plan*. An excess charge of £90 is payable for each successful claim.
Same day delivery applies to successful claims completed by 12 noon UK time. Certain postcodes are excluded. Delivery is up until 10pm. See terms and conditions*.
If you cancel O2 Insure - Ultimate Cover as part of your Ultimate Plan, you'll no longer be eligible for the Ultimate Plan products or 3-Year Warranty.
O2 Insure – Damage Cover
This covers you for life’s little accidents, like a smashed screen on the pavement. Our Damage Cover policy meets the needs of someone wishing to cover their mobile device against accidental damage.
What does it cost?
The replacement cost of your device determines the monthly premium and the excess charge payable if you make a successful claim. We’ll tell you which is the right price when you buy your mobile or speak to an adviser.

*Next-day exchange or replacement applies to valid claims submitted before 7pm on a weekday. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. Not available in Northern Ireland or selected postcodes in Scotland, Highlands, Guernsey, Isle of Man, and Scilly Isles.
For full details of what you are covered for and any exclusions that may apply please read the terms and conditions of your O2 insure policy. Replacement devices may be from refurbished stock that has been tested and is fully functional. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your policy documents and will not be charged provided you have not made a claim. After this period you may cancel by giving 30 days notice.
