Works extremely well as part of quadlock mounting system (bikes/motorcycles/car glass mount etc). My only complaint is that the material of the case is very slippery for everyday use - with reference being Apple silicon case. I find myself changing up cases after my bike rides. Great value vs regular cases which is a plus, but I do feel like the ring attachment should have been included as I feel they “get you” with the upgrade options if you buy into there mountable system. But otherwise I am 100% satisfied with this purchase and may get others for the family.

I used Quadlock for my S20+ and loved everything about it. It was a great case and a very secure system for cyclists.

Recently switched the to the IPhone 13 Pro Max and there are a few issues to report. Firstly, the case feels solid and will definitely give you the best protection compared to many other cases out there. It's one of the best.

Problem is, with the phone and case combined it's very heavy. Noticeably heavy in day to day use especially if you have the metal ring installed in the back. The weight alone made me swap this case out for something lighter. Plus the buttons are one of the worst I've felt on any case. They don't feel tactile at all and is quite an effort to press the power or volume button. Other than this, it's great.

I am a fan of Quad Lock products. I like the customizability and seemingly ever-varied options. The products are quite well made. I have found no sprues, no seams, no malformation. The center bolts are very good quality. The packaging is even quite nice. I enjoy their products so much so that it is distressing to me to be disparaging.

Let me preface. I drive a Piaggio Liberty 150 abs motor scooter. I bought the mirror mount, shock mount, lever head, and case to fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Every piece works well, looks nice, and is sturdy.

With regard to this case however, while it is very well made it is clear that it was not designed specifically for the iPhone 13 Pro Max. The phone is secure in the case and the camera port lines up well, but it took far more fiddling than I have ever needed to do with any phone in any case to get this case to go over my phone completely. That is the first of 2 issues that i take with this phone case. The second is that there is no guide nor affirmation when trying to get the case onto the lever lock. When it locks in, it moves freely to lock and is secure but getting the x-hole in the back of the case to line up correctly with the x-mount on the lever lock is difficult. Note that once it is lined up it works perfectly. It just isn’t as simple as the promo videos make it out to be.

In summary this is a fantastic product that can be a little bit better with better fit and some sort of alignment guide. I would would to be able to offer some comparison between Quad Lock and X-Ram but I have not used the latter as of yet.
