Cable is damaged before even removing from the package
I bought these to replace other earphones where the shielding of the wires split and frayed. Before I even got these out of the packaging, I noticed a spot where the shielding is already splitting about 300 degrees all around the circumference on the cable, near the 3.5mm jack. I'm sure this will get worse, and fail in that exact spot, maybe in weeks, maybe in months, but definitely too soon for the price I paid. These are being returned.
