- You can’t collect an order on Bank Holidays.
- If you want to collect from an RBS branch, you’ll need to use the RBS cash/coin order
- You can’t use the form below for making a cash withdrawal. If that’s what you need, get in touch with your usual bank point of contact or visit your local branch.
