Volunteers play a crucial role in engaging our audiences through assistance with programmes, events and art installations. Additionally, our volunteers can help build bridges with underserved communities by leading tailored activities, or even lend their expertise to support various departments within the Gallery.

For those dedicated to sharing art with the public, consider applying to be a docent. Docents serve as storytellers, introducing visitors to the Gallery and its extraordinary collection, fostering a deeper appreciation for art.

In addition to volunteering, the Gallery offers enriching exhibition tours, talks, and workshops for our volunteers, providing opportunities for learning and skill development. Volunteers also gather quarterly for updates on upcoming events at the Gallery, as well as to connect with fellow volunteers through enjoyable activities and engaging conversations.
