Hello, we are hiring professionals to build a UI & UX for a mobile app. We are transportation company from Uzbekistan, The current service operates primarily through phone orders, leveraging a network of over 5,000 drivers and company-owned vehicle fleets. Now, WeDrive aims to transition from this traditional model to a modern, app-based system like Uber and Yandex Go.

**Key objectives**
— Develop a user-friendly app tailored for Uzbekistan's diverse urban environments
— Create a brand identity that resonates with local users while positioning for growth
— Design an effective website to drive app installations and partner recruitment
— Craft a marketing strategy to smoothly transition users from phone to app-based ordering
— Implement robust analytics for data-driven decision making and growth
The primary goal is to transform WeDrive from a phone-based service into Uzbekistan's leading ride-hailing app, targeting 50-thousands monthly active users by Q2 2025.
