Key Responsibilities:
- Full Ownership: Take the lead on the design, development, and optimization of our high-performance CRM payment platform and payment gateway within the high-risk industry.
- Technical Leadership: Manage and mentor the development team, defining architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
- Server Infrastructure: Oversee server infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring high availability, scalability, and top-notch security.
- Full-Stack Development: Lead the development of backend systems using PHP and Laravel, building robust, scalable applications and APIs.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Ensure seamless integration between CRM systems and payment gateways, optimizing performance and security.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with product, security, and operations teams to ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.
- Data Handling: Manage complex data processing, transaction storage, and payment transaction handling for optimal performance and security.
- Security: Implement industry-leading security practices, especially concerning payment systems, fraud prevention, and compliance with high-risk industry regulations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for performance enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and lead ongoing optimization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven Leadership: Strong experience leading and building development teams in a technology-driven environment.
- Full-Stack Expertise: Professional experience in full-stack development, with a solid grasp of both frontend and backend technologies.
- PHP & Laravel: Expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework, with a proven ability to architect and scale complex, robust applications.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Extensive experience managing cloud infrastructure, particularly on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with a focus on scalability, security, and high availability.

- Security & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of security best practices, fraud prevention, and compliance (PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.) in the context of payment processing.
- Data Management: Strong experience with transaction handling, data processing, and database management.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development processes and version control systems like Git.
