Job Description: Freelance Accounting Specialist – Specializing in Creating/Managing Financial Reports and Metrics through 3rd party platforms and AUTOMATION'S.
I am seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy freelance accountant to assist in creating and managing financial reports and metrics for our company. This is a collaborative position, requiring regular live sessions to engage with various platforms, extract data, and develop insightful reports. The ideal candidate will bring Intermediate accounting, and an EXPERT with reporting with regard to automation while providing recommendations for tools and systems to streamline processes.

Key Responsibilities
• Live Collaboration: Engage in live sessions to understand workflows, navigate financial platforms, and extract relevant data.
• Financial Reporting: Develop an SOP and teach me how to maintain weekly and monthly financial reports and metrics, providing key insights into revenue, expenses, billing, and other financial data.
• Data Extraction and Analysis: Extract data from platforms like QuickBooks, Paychex, [login to view URL], and other systems to compile clean, actionable reports.
• Report Organization: Create user-friendly reports that are visually clear and easily understood. Suggest platforms or tools to automate these reporting processes where possible.
• Platform Integration: Identify and recommend third-party platforms or tools to integrate data from multiple systems, streamlining reporting and analytics.
• Metrics Development: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue streams, expenses, billing accuracy, and other financial metrics critical to decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Proactively suggest efficiency improvements and solutions for automating financial workflows.

• Accounting: Intermediate foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis.

• Freelance Experience: Proven experience working independently as an accountant with automation experience is a huge advantage.

This role requires someone who can:
