All the necessary information about the project was supplied to Euphern. Three weeks into the project Euphern told me they could not do it, quoting... "Sorry sir ! It is our embarrassment that despite initial confirmation of developers, the job appears much hard to crack to them. I am really sorry to waste your time. If you are kind hearted and you have any other job in php, we are promising to accomplish them." Communication at the start of the project was really good but then it stopped and I had to initiate all contact with them. A week into the project they told me and I quote... "You know the task is little bit tricky and we are spending our good time to understand it step by step. However don't be worried we will do well... I can assure you it." So I trusted them and they lied to me! Their skill level is very poor and their communication weak.

the work is done, the euphern team was concentrated every moment in user requirements, communicating with them to do the work as is required.

I have a continued business relationship with Euphern as I have found their work for me outstanding. So I give all my work to them. They are a fantastic team to work with and it is great that they are available to contact 24/7. If I ever had an issue to talk to them with they are always there, I have found this invaluable as I need to be able to contact freelancers quickly.
