Lead negotiations on potential refinancing Responsible for optimizing company-wide financial rolling forecast, corporate cash flow projection, deposit placement, foreign exchange and inter-account transfer transactions. Define, enhance and oversee the funding and investment strategies Advise on project financing and funding for potential sell and purchase transactions, backed by in-depth market research and business intelligence.

● Plan and monitor the annual audit to ensure it runs smoothly by coordinating with the group auditor and the external auditors. ● Ensure accurate financial statement presentation and conduct internal training necessary to educate on new disclosure requirements (e.g. IFRS standards). ● Lead in UAT testing and implementation of accounting system (e.g. SAP payment module, Oracle accounting system).
