### Position Overview
We are seeking a talented *Video Editor* to join our team on a 6-week trial basis, with the potential for ongoing collaboration. The ideal candidate is proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects, and has a strong portfolio of engaging social media content. This role requires someone who can work efficiently under tight deadlines, collaborate creatively, and consistently deliver high-quality work that aligns with our brand.
With over 500 hours of video content generated monthly from our live recorded classes, plus live events and interviews with experts, there is plenty of content to work with. The role will focus on repurposing this material into engaging social media content and marketing videos that resonate with our audience. While social media content will be a primary focus initially, this role will expand to include larger projects for broader marketing campaigns as our collaboration grows.
### Key Responsibilities
- **Edit and Produce:** Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos tailored for various social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for each format (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- **Repurpose Content:** Transform our extensive library of recorded classes, live events, and expert interviews into fresh, engaging content suited for social media and marketing channels.
- **Collaborate and Innovate:** Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm and develop content ideas that align with our brand and resonate with audiences.
- **Brand Consistency:** Ensure all video content aligns with our brand identity and messaging, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across platforms.
