Training Consultant Needed (Thailand)

Duration: Tentative Language Requirement: Fluency in Thai and English About the Role: We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Consultant to join our team for an exciting in-person training delivery project in Thailand. As a Training Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating engaging training sessions based on a pre-developed content and training plan. This will be a part-time role, paid by the hour and you will be compensated for any transport required, briefing hours before the training event. Responsibilities: - Facilitate interactive training sessions primarily in Thai and also in English, ensuring clarity and understanding among participants. - Deliver training content effectively, engaging participants and promote learning. - Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to skill development and knowledge retention. - Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure seamless coordination and execution of training activities. Requirements: - Proven experience in facilitating training sessions, preferably in a corporate or educational setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. - Fluency in both Thai and English, with excellent verbal proficiency in both languages.
