About the Role I am seeking a skilled PHP/Symfony IT consultant to collaborate with me (via screen sharing and coding together) for 5-6 hours per day, 5 days a week, for 6-12 months. The hourly rate for this position is $10-$12 per hour, depending on your experience and expertise. --- Application Process 1. Interview: A 1-2 hour unpaid session involving a screen-share and coding test (3-4 PHP/Symfony/Laragon problems). 2. Strict Skill Evaluation: If you lack the required expertise, it will be quickly evident. Please apply only if you meet ALL the requirements below. Tech Requirements 1. Fluent English (native speaker preferred). 2. Minimum 4 years’ experience** with PHP/Symfony, including developing complex websites and backend booking systems. 3. Proven experience with **booking systems** involving calculations, GPS tracking, and dynamic graphical displays. 4. Advanced knowledge of **scraping technologies**, including techniques to bypass IP blocking and Captcha. 5. **Independent developer**: I expect you to work solely with me (no outsourcing or staff substitutions). Role Expectations** - Collaborative and technically engaging work environment. - No urgent deadlines—focus is on high-quality code -Knowledge sharing: I expect to learn from you as we work together. (I have 3 years’ PHP/Symfony experience, so you must be significantly more advanced.) Required Equipment - Fast internet connection - Modern PC: Minimum 8GB RAM (32GB preferred), i5 or i7 processor. - Dual screens (preferably 2K or higher resolution) - Up-to-date software, including valid licenses for Symfony, PHP, and Laravel. - Git account. -Important Notes - This is an individual contributor role (not part of a company), as I want to be your sole client - period. - I will provide as much work as you need.
