I am having good Years of Work Experience in Mechanical Engineering degree as a Design Engineer. Worked as Senior Engineer, Having good years of experience in mechanical field (6 Years – Medical Device, 2 Years/Each - OEM & Tooling). This parts need more revisions for pass vibration test which i will support continually. Preparing proposal assembly for the customers. Once they agreed our concept & got the work order from them, Actual designing process starts. Selecting materials depending on the process, forces acting on it and working environment (Sometimes discussing with customers for more clarification). Coordinating with onsite team. Each part’s designed and modeled in respective tools preferred by customers. Checking the part drawings, part models, assembly and discussing with manager and also with customers. If they need any design changes, incorporating that into the required portion, rise ECR/ECO.
