Approximate Elemental Cost Models update

Project Details $200.00 – 250.00 USD The task for modification of the Approximate Estimate section of the software is to link all countries to the Element Cost Unit Rates i.e Cost/Sf and Cost /M2 and make each element cost calculate as the default conversion factor to adjust the cost index. The goal is to include different countries in the dialogue box highlighted similar to what is used in the detailed estimate section of the form. ## Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Approximate Estimate section of the software. 2. Copy the counties section code for each individual country from the job activity section to the approximate estimate section. 3. Link the countries to unit rate using a formula that picks up the various elements Cost/sf and Cost/m2 that apply to each Element type. ## Acceptance Criteria: - The system should prevent duplication or copying of job activities for different countries. - Each job activity should have a unique description that can be applied to different countries using a percentage rate factor for pricing. ###Objective: To link countries' Elemental prices to Cost Models to Elemental descriptions and ensure accurate conversion factor pricing. ### Key Steps: 1. Open the Countries Tab section. 2. Enter each country's code in the dialogue box highlighted in the Countries conversion factor section of the form. 3. Link the Elemental Cost/sf and Cost/ m2 unit rate using a formula that picks up the various elemental cost that apply to each element type. 4. Ensure that element types related to cost models are correctly linked to the countries to avoid duplication or copying of cost models for different countries. 5. Apply a percentage rate factor for pricing to the linked countries' element description.
