Write an iPhone map application - repost

I own the website [login to view URL] and I am looking for a developer to create the iPhone app. The users on the website are able to register, login, and post crime occurrences on the location they are or the location they choose. Those posts are then shown on as markers on a map on the home page. The website is based on wordpress, and each marker is a post that contains position information, description, date, and other data. I am able to generate a json containing that information, if you need to pull the json from within the app. The app must allow: the app must allow Users to see the map with the markers each marker must have a different icon, depending on the crime type the app must allow users to see the occurrence details by tapping on a marker, including type, date, description and photo User registration that should be directly saved as a wordpress user on the website (login information is saved on the website, and shared with the app). It must allow registration via facebook connect. It must allow user login It must allow the user to post crime occurrences, the same way he is able to do it on the website It must allow the user to add the location. The location can be his current location, or a place of his choice It must allow the user to add a photo to the occurrence It must allow the user to select the date and time of the occurrence It must allow the user to select the crime type The occurrence must be saved as a wordpress post on the website The app must have a configurable bad-word block list - if the description contains one of the words, then the post is marked as pending. The app must allow the user to view and edit his login information, such as name, age, sex, city, country, etc The app must allow the user to manage his published occurrences (see, edit, delete) The app must allow the user to see the policy privacy (simple text) I will provide FULL wireframes and use cases.
