RentalAgreement#FH135-19 {10 Weeks $35,300.00}

In early part of January, I got a call from Billy Ventura, Representative for Investor Management Services, Inc Billy asked my husband and I if we would be interested in renting our 1-bedroom suite in Cancun Mexico Grand Mayan in Riviera Maya. We had a [login to view URL] read the5-page agreement he was ok with the contract but wanted paragraph 9 changed so that the 10 weeks came off the back end. Also, he told my husband and I not to pay any money up front to let the company take any monies out of the settlement. We didn't want to rent it out but after letting the lawyer read it and going back and forth with Billy Ventura to change paragraph 9, we made a decision to let him rent it since we were not going back there for a while. I called Billy Ventura and told him what Russell said not to pay any money up front. We received an invoice from Matthew Jacobs (Finanancial Holding Company) with a addendum attached for us to pay $4900.00 for an administration fee we told Billy no and repeated what the lawyer told my husband and me. Billy Ventura took it upon himself to go to the bank and pay the $4900.00 and called and told me he needed his money back that the Mexico government froze his money, and he couldn't get it back until the wrights paid the money. Billy called consistently and I gave in and pay the $4900.00. I was told after the money was paid, he would get his money back and we would be funded, this was the beginning of a long nightmare, and it went on and on until we reached 34,994.00 and later, we were asked to pay another $10,000 late fee because the bank made a mistake. All of the money was wired to Mexico, and we were told it was unforeseen problems. The trust was kept in Colorado and our money was sent to Mexico. We now believe this is a scam or fraud I have requested many times for Billy to cancel the Rental agreement and he and the Financial Holding Company refuse to return our money. I need help preparing my case and I want to take Billy Ventura to court for misrepresentation, loss of funds, increase migraines, and lies he told over and over along with Matthew Jacobs from the Financial Holding Company.
