Key Deliverables: Phase 1: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Frontend: Basic UI/UX for Drivers and Space Owners. User authentication, onboarding, parking space listings, and booking screens. Search and navigation via Google Maps. Backend: Firebase Authentication and Firestore database setup. Cloud Functions for booking logic. Integrations: Google Maps API for geolocation. Stripe (test mode) for payment simulation. Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. Phase 2: Usable App for Testing Enhanced UI/UX with filters, real-time chat, and booking modifications. Advanced booking logic and real notifications. Stripe payouts in test mode. Phase 3: Go-to-Market Launch Polished UI/UX and full booking/payment workflows with live Stripe integration. Admin dashboard for managing accounts, transactions, and disputes. Submission to Google Play Store and Apple App Store with compliance. Required Skills: Frontend: Flutter, Dart.
