Comprehensive Video UI Design with certain features and place of storage for the videos

I'm looking for a skilled UI designer with extensive experience in video interface design. This project involves creating a video UI with the following features and a place of storage for the videos. Essential Features: - Exact proportions as vimeos video player with their exact same buttons including x their play/ pause x their same video timeline bar x their same volume button x their same cc (captions) button x their same transcript button x their same settings button x their same picture in picture button x their same airplay button (when needed, for example when a apple device is using the video ui) x their same Fullscreen button x their logo is not necessary at the very right of the timeline x their same hotspot icon x their same like button and animation x their same watch later button and animation x their same add to collections button x their same share button Additional Features: - Background music button - Brightness button - Translate button (Option for captions in the translated language or ai voice in the translated language) - visible timeline button - Embed feature (NECESSARY) I do not want my users to download the video just watch by clicking play - Being able to customize how long the sentences inside the captions should be (1 word to a whole sentence) - star button to rate the video 1 through 5 stars - adaptive Ui (vimeos ui slightly changes depending on screen size would like you to look into it and see if you can match how their ui slightly adapts depending on the given screen size).
