My primary goal is to identify common incident types that are impacting our operations. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and experience to meet the following requirements:
- **Data Extraction and Analysis**: Deep expertise in extracting and analyzing data from ServiceNow. Familiar with importing data into Excel and utilizing advanced features for analysis.
- **Incident Type Identification**: Ability to sift through up to 1,000 incidents and categorize them effectively to pinpoint commonalities. This will involve creating and analyzing charts, tables, and possibly pivot tables to summarize findings.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret the data accurately and provide actionable insights.
