Habits Accountability Facilitator - (Customer Support)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual or individuals to join our team as a customer support for our subscribers on our Habit Coaching Mobile App. As an accountability partner, your role will involve providing ongoing support and accountability to our subscribers in achieving their predetermined habits and targets. You will be responsible for maintaining regular communication, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to the established objectives. There will be training on the platform provided and automation to assist you also in the role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as an accountability facilitator for our subscribers, helping them stay on track with their predetermined habits and targets.
- Review weekly progress made by subscribers and provide timely feedback and guidance.
- Maintain regular communication with subscribers, ensuring at least one touchpoint per week to provide encouragement and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills to deliver clear and concise messages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet weekly deadlines for facilitation activities.
- Empathetic and supportive demeanor, able to hold others accountable to their goals while also providing encouragement and motivation.
- Positive mindset willing to learn and grow, opportunities to grow within the company
- There will be training on the platform provided and automation to assist you also in the role.
Compensation:
Payment will be based on a fixed rate of $1 per month per subscriber, considering the expected four touch points per month. Once you're proficient in the report reading and our platform it should take no more than 10 minutes per subscriber for the weekly check in, and on average no less than 10 subscribers per hour. This on average would work out to approximately $10 per hour. As the number of subscribers increases, your compensation will scale accordingly—making your role financially rewarding as our user base expands.
