Livestream Automation Software Development

I'm in need of a software that can keep an eye on a specific website, detect when a livestream starts, and then stream it to my own website. Here are some key details:

- The software needs to be able to check the specified website for live stream initiation. This will require continuous monitoring.

- Once the software detects that the livestream has started, it should automatically begin streaming to my website.

- It's important that the software also grabs certain text channels that I choose and mirrors them on my site.

Please note:

- The programming language is your choice, but it needs to be efficient and functional.

- The software needs to be able to run on my computer and interact with both the streaming website and my own.

NOTE: I have been told that in order for the code to work it must completely control my computer. Meaning the computer is unusable while it's running the code/software. If you are able to make the code work with no computer being run and have it completely online somehow I will TIP extra as a thanks. (It's not necessary, as long as the code works everything Is fine).

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Strong proficiency in programming, especially in languages suitable for this task.

- Experience in developing software that can automatically interact with websites.
