Senior HRIS Workday Analyst The Key Focus Of The Role Is To: ● Support Workday modules (such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absences, Time Tracking, Expenses, Talent and Performance, etc.) and troubleshoot & resolve tickets. ● Implement, test, and deploy enhancements to Workday ● Perform analysis and regression testing to support the adoption and implementation of Workday Feature Releases. ● Maintain system configuration and set up and configure reports and dashboards in Workday. ● Work closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure processes are working as designed, focusing on delivering consistent and optimum user experience. About You To be successful in this role you will have: ● Prior hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience (preferably across 2 or more modules) with a thorough understanding of Workday Security fundamentals and Workday reporting ● Degree/Diploma or Qualification in HR or Systems. ● Possess above-average root-cause analytical skills and good communication skills. ● Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask. ● Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to foster lasting relationships.
