I need a 3D model designed for a waste segregator to be 3D printed. The model should align with the following functionality:
Ultrasonic Sensor Integration: An US-100 ultrasonic sensor will be placed outside the dustbin to detect proximity. Upon detecting someone, it should instruct a Raspberry Pi 4 B to trigger a 1st servo motor (Towerpro MG995) to open and close the dustbin lid.
Weight Detection: A Force sensitive Sensor will check if garbage is present and notify the Raspberry Pi for further operations.
Image Capture and Processing:
A webcam (Kreo Owl Full HD 1080P 60 FPS) will capture an image of the garbage.
3 Lilypad LED will glow to illuminate the garbage.
The captured image will be analyzed by a machine learning model to classify the type of waste.
Waste Segregation:
Based on the classification, the Raspberry Pi will instruct a stepper motor (NEMA17 PR42HS40-1204AF) to rotate the upper section of the dustbin, positioning the garbage above the correct category's separation.
An IR sensor will check if the category is full. If full, the LCD1602 Display outside the dustbin will show a "Full" message.
If not full, the 2nd servo motor (Towerpro MG995) will open the downward lid to drop the garbage into the respective section and reset the components to their initial position.
Deliverables:
A 3D model ready for 3D printing, considering the placements and functionality of all components.
Space for wires, sensors, motors, and Raspberry Pi connections.
A visually clean and modular design for ease of assembly and maintenance.
