Site Plan Design for Emergency Shelters

I'm seeking a skilled professional to design a site plan for positioning our rapidly deployable housing units on a parcel of land for emergency housing shelters. The housing units are all identical and we have the specs and existing CAD drawings for them. We also have site plat. The project involves two phases. Phase 1 is showing 15 units and Phase 2 is an additional 200 units.
