I'm experiencing a configuration error with my vTiger database. The current charset or collation isn't compatible with UTF8, and I need to change it to 'utf8mb4' and 'utf8mb4_unicode_ci'. I'm using MySQL, and I have full access to the database. However, I have not yet taken any steps to resolve the issue.
