I process customer requests for building design and submit satisfactory design plans. My licensed architect registered in 34 states in the United States and a holder of an NCARB certificate that allows me to be registered in most states. I can provide reviewed and sealed drawings for home and building, mechanical, electrical permits in the US. By using AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Vectorworks, Vray, Rhino and 3DMax, I visualize the customer's idea to help realize the concept and add artistic value. I use 3DMax and Lumion to produce promotional videos for buildings, and lead the production level to the highest level with my excellent knowledge of digital design. Structural design and calculation are carried out to review whether it conforms to the US building code, and the PE's letter is sealed.
