FOLLOW THE BUILDING PLANS!!!! Only interior needed. BASED ON PLANS.

I am seeking a talented 3D artist to create a full house rendering of a modern home located in Westchester, NY. The first draft should closely adhere to the provided building plans, with subsequent edits to be expected and compensated for. MUST know how to read building plans.

Colors: light tones, wood accents
Tiles need to be large format for walls in bathroom, marble, elegant (gold and brown accents)

I attached a picture of the floors you need to use for the whole. Baths will be tiled.

Requirements:
- All areas of the house to be rendered
- Basic design with no furniture (only bathrooms need to have cabinets, sinks, showers). No other furniture in common areas.
- Focus on highlighting paint color on walls, accent wood features, tile on bathrooms.

Please refer to the attached pictures for our desired style and color palette.
