Enhanced Logo Design for Accel Media

I own an established media company, and have had my logo for quite a few years. I am sentimentally attached to it, and it has elements of faith intertwined in it. I'm looking to re-vamp, or add some more creative elements to it without changing the main design too much.
The company is called "Accel Media" with a tagline of "Accelerate Your Vision". The logo has an "A" for Accel, a cross, and an arrow moving forward to imply "accelerating your vision". I use the logo without words quite a bit, but for the full logo that includes text, I cant decide which font I like better (see attachments) The thinner font was the one I used for years, and the bolder one is a recent rendition I did.

Things I'm looking for:
1. Creative additions or new elements to add to the existing logo.
2. Opinions of which font works better- also open to other fonts that work well with the brand (font names are "Shree Devanagari 714" and "Horizon")
3. Vectorized high res logo files
