We need a motion graphic infograph to be designed in after effects. to be designed in Ultra 4k 3840x2160 29.97 FPS

instead of FAR - Floor area ratio refer to it as FSR - Floor space ratio which is the same thing.

I want a geometric design that will have the rectangle being drawn live as I talk about it in my youtube video, and then the building blocks on the right appear with some motion so I can fully explain the concept. as well as all the text should be in a typewriting style being typed one character at a time.

Ensure your design is editable so I can change the colours and move the elements around as needed.

The final file should be in after effect format.
