All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges on the following:

• All Magic The Gathering Product
• All Blind Box and Randomized Product
• Board Games that show signs of being played
• Any items discounted or marked as “Used”
• Previous editions of games and books

Refunds or Store Credit/Exchange are permitted on the following:

• Unused RPG Books
• Unused Miniatures, open books at the discretion of the staff
• Unplayed Board Games, open boxes at the discretion of the staff

All items to be refunded or exchanged must have been purchased at a Mox Boarding House Location.

Same Day Delivery service fees are nonrefundable once the order has been assigned a driver. 

We only provide refunds as purchased by means of the original payment method.

All rules apply for items purchase on Moxboardinghouse.com for in-store pick up. Cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.
