Are you a true morning person, and can your smile bring even the sleepiest night owl to life? Perfect! Our breakfast service team is the right environment for you. Motel One offers its guests a versatile breakfast buffet with countless products – many of them certified organic. And the tasks entrusted to our breakfast staff are no less diverse: you will be greeting guests, preparing meals and arranging the buffet. Drinks will need to be re-filled, tables cleared. As friendly hosts, we greet our guests with a smile, even early in the morning.

The One Lounge is the centrepiece of any Motel One. It is so much more than a boring hotel bar! Our guests can use it as their living room, as a conference room or a place to retreat, safe in the knowledge that our barkeepers are always there to look after them. Our F&B Assistants at the bar prepare tasty coffee, recommend wines and create delicious gin and tonics. Each Motel One offers around 40 different types of gin to its discerning guests. Hungry visitors can choose from a compact, yet scrumptious selection of snacks and sandwiches.

An open and approachable demeanour, a clear head in stressful situations, and the desire to offer perfect service to your guests are quintessential characteristics for bar service. 

Besides expertise and experience, the service sector requires a passion for the hotel industry and a strong sense of hospitality. Our training, coaching and further education programmes at the One University prepare career changers and seasoned experts alike for their future service tasks.
