Belgrano R is a great area, that has some really nice cafes around a plaza, a pizzeria, and an ice cream place.
It is a really nice and safe neighborhood, to enjoy with friends, family or alone!
Belgrano R has many ways or transportation. The apartment is located near the train, the busses, and the subway station. Taxis go by all the time. We recommend taking a Radio Taxi. Is better, than just taking a random taxi.
