We are a married couple who love to meet new people and open our home to visitors from all over the world to make them feel at home.

Outside we have a lawn area for sunbathing and a fully equipped outdoor dining room, with bottle rack for parties and audio equipment throughout the garden that you can connect from your cell phone.
In our paellero you can make paellas to gas, firewood or barbecues and we have a small fridge and freezer to have it near the pool, as well as washing machine, dryer and a bathroom with shower.
The house has a large living dining room with open kitchen and views to the pool. We have a breakfast bar with coffee, tea and different pastries for breakfast. Although we have air conditioning, it is not usually necessary to turn it on.
Downstairs there is another full bathroom and a private office.
We have two guest rooms both with closet, 1'50 viscoelastic bed and ceiling fan.
The blue room also has a chest of drawers and a mirror in front of the bed. Both with programmable ceiling fan.
Upstairs there is a third bathroom with whirlpool tub. The 3 bathrooms are shared.
The house has space to park inside up to 7 cars, but without being covered.
We live near the natural park of the Sierra Calderona and a walk from the Park of San Vicente, called the Central Park of Camp de Turia where a spring is born, there are snack areas, playgrounds, restaurant and calisthenics area.
Just 3km away is the Castle of Benissanó, highly recommended visit, but only open on Sunday mornings.
Just a couple of km from home we recommend three restaurants, one of Spanish cuisine, one Asian and one Indian. In addition, in Lliria you can visit many Roman remains such as the Roman baths of Mura, located in the Roman city of Edeta, together with the adjoining oracular sanctuary and various outbuildings such as taverns, hospices and stores, are one of the most interesting examples of the thermal architecture of Hispania Citerior, within the Conventus Tarraconensis. These thermal baths are part of one of the largest thermal complexes documented to date in the whole peninsula, distributing in a total of 3,600 m2, a multifunctional space with double baths with porticoed palestra following the Pompeian models. In these thermal buildings, water and fire are used with great skill and constructive expertise to develop a complex heating system through spaces between the walls and ducts between the vaults, achieving an optimal and efficient use of materials and heat energy transmitted through them. The research work developed to obtain the doctoral thesis within the doctoral program in architecture, building, urban planning and landscape of the UPV, has allowed to expand the technical knowledge and adapt its architecture to computer models capable of simulating the operation and thermal behavior of the entire building. The conclusions are surprising since they stipulate for the first time, the sequential opening of the communication systems between the rooms and their communication ducts between the furnaces and the outside for a correct operation of the installation.
