Our villa is perfect for a romantic time as a couple, relaxed holidays with the whole family or good friends. The calm surroundings and beautiful ambiance invites you to relax at the pool and doesn't make it easy to visit closed beaches (15 min) or the old town (10min).
The house has got two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. From nearly every room you have got a wonderfull view at the terrace with it's pool and the very nice garden.
The property is a private place, there is only another appartement with a different entry, for a friend who is there sometimes to take care of the house.
It is located in St. Rafel, a very central pklace of the island from where you can reach every place very fast.

The old town of Eivissa is only 10 minutes away by car and numerous beautiful bays can be reached within 15 minutes. In the village of San Rafel there are some very good restaurants, above all the "Can Pilot", where you can find the best meat from the open grill on the island. There are also several shops within easy reach, either on foot in the village or by car and the main road towards Eivissa.
